A silent hearing aid usually is not a dead hearing aid. Blocked wax filters, moisture, perished tubes and drifted programming cause most “broken” devices we see — and most leave our bench working the same day, whichever shop originally sold them.
We service all major brands with genuine consumables, verify output after every repair, and re-program devices whose settings no longer match the user's current hearing — the most overlooked “repair” of all. Genuine manufacturer faults are routed through authorised service centres with loaner guidance.
What we offer
- Deep cleaning, wax-guard and dome/tube replacement
- Receiver and battery-contact repairs
- Moisture treatment and drying service
- Reprogramming to current audiogram — any brand
- Manufacturer repair coordination for major faults
Frequently asked questions
My hearing aid whistles constantly. Repair or replacement?
Usually repair: feedback most often comes from wax, a loose dome or ageing tubing — minutes to fix. Persistent feedback after fitting checks may need a new ear-mould, not a new device.
You didn't sell my device. Will you still service it?
Yes — all brands, wherever purchased. Bring it with the charger or batteries you use.
How long does service take?
Cleaning, consumables and reprogramming are typically same-visit. Send-away manufacturer repairs vary by brand — we tell you honestly before proceeding.
